• All drawings will be made with graphite pencils on high-quality paper and signed by E. Papadimitriou.
• Prices vary among different dimensions. You can message me for different sizes.
• The original handmade drawing will be delivered to you.
• All artworks are accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity.
• The frame is not included.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Send me your photo via e-mail at e.papadimitriou@artisticshine.com. After I confirm it:
2. Purchase the item from my shop or for custom sizes, we will communicate via e-mail and send you a personal custom order.
3. The work of art will be prepared for shipping one to two weeks after the order. For shipping times see the shipping policy here.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• To give you the best experience and the best drawing, I would need to have a good quality photo. The photo is to be sent via email and it should be in high resolution to be able to add as many details as possible.
• The order is to proceed only when I confirm the photo previously sent to me via email.
• During the drawing progress, I will send you the progress results via e-mail 3 or 4 times for confirmation or possible changes to be fully satisfied with the final result.

SHIPPING and RETURNS

• Free Shipping Worldwide.
• The artwork will be posted flat in a strong board envelope or in tube packages for bigger dimensions to ensure that your artwork arrives undamaged.
• I don't accept returns or refunds for custom orders.
